• Do you deliver cakes for vegetarians?

  • We do have a range of vegetarian cakes, cupcakes, and pastries.

• What’s the last time to place an order?

  • You can place an order latest before 6 pm. If you place your order at this time, it will be easier for us to process and deliver your order by 8pm.

• Can I book cake in advance?

  • You can choose any day and any time in advance to be delivered to your preferred address between 8 am and 8 pm.

• Can I place an order for the same day delivery?

  • Yes, you can. The earliest we can deliver your order is within two hours after order confirmation.

• Do you charge for home delivery service?

  • There is no fee or charges for delivery whatsoever whether your order is one unit or in bulk.

• What happens if I need to change/cancel my order?

  • You are required to let us know about such within two hours or as earliest as possible. To contact us, please refer to our contact us page.

• What happens if I'm out when you deliver?

  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our delivery agent will try to contact you via phone to request you permission to leave your order with a neighbour or local address.

• Do you refund after order cancellation?

  • Processing your order and baking your requested cake takes certain amount of time. Cakes are perishable and can’t be returned to the bakery once prepared. Hence, you need to make a cancellation request as soon as possible to avail a refund.

• How do you charge for the orders I place?

  • Our current payment methods are Internet banking, Credit/Debit Card, UPI Id, Wallet.
